龙生2009年9618饼茶，是公司2009年熟茶主打茶品，饼茶沿用公司1996年成立之初的“96”配方，属于"96"系列茶品。

龙生9618饼茶采用食用棉纸包装，饼形饱满周正，在包装设计上，采用红色棉纸包装，十分精美，彰显档次！简要介绍下“9618”这4个数字的含义。“9618”，是龙生“96”系列茶品的唛号，前两位数字“96”表示沿用1996年的配方，并不是饼茶生产日期，这和8系列七子饼有区别，第三位“1”表示茶叶等级。那么，综合起来9618表示的意思就是该饼茶采用1996年的制茶工艺，采用一级茶叶。

龙生9618饼茶，选用龙生有机茶园云南大叶种晒青毛茶为原料，采用优良的传统工艺制作而成，传承普洱茶悠久的历史、风格独特是久享盛誉的传统历史名茶。

1996年，龙生集团成立，为迎接第三届中国普洱茶节，同时，应中茶公司订单之要求，公司技术人员在云南省茶叶专家张木兰、肖时英老师的带领下，生产了第一批普洱茶，前后历时一年，共计228吨。自此，龙生普洱以自己独特的口感、稳定的品质得到了广大消费者的信赖。
